From Greenwood, drive west on Hwy 3 for ~8 km, then turn north on Eholt Road. Only foundations and rail remnants remain.

From Cranbrook, take Hwy 3/95 south, then follow Moyie River FSRs. Remote; requires high?clearance vehicle.

From Hope, drive north on Hwy 1 for ~15 km. Emory Creek Provincial Park marks the former townsite.

From Enderby, follow local roads east toward the old mine area. Little remains.

From Oliver, drive west on Fairview Road. Trails lead to the old townsite and interpretive signs.

Fort Steele (Historic Town)
From Cranbrook, drive north on Hwy 93/95 for ~16 km. Well?signed and fully accessible.

Garnet Valley (Old Townsite)
From Summerland, drive north on Garnet Valley Road. Scattered ruins remain on private and Crown land.

From Fort St. James, take the Germansen Landing Road northwest for ~200 km. Remote but driveable in summer.
